These terms cover the public website and waitlist. Paid workspace terms will be issued with a customer agreement when billing is live.
Counsel should review this draft before treating it as binding. It is not a complete SaaS subscription agreement.
Website
The Brand254 website is provided for information about the product. Content may change. Demonstration dashboards are labelled as sample data and are not customer results.
Waitlist and contact forms
Submitting a form does not create a paid subscription. You confirm the information is accurate and that you have authority to share a work email. We will use it to respond about Brand254.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape in a way that degrades service, or submit unlawful content. Listening features, when live, are limited to public or otherwise lawfully accessible sources configured by the customer.
Intellectual property
Brand254 names, logos and site copy are owned by Brand254 or its licensors. Do not copy them as if they were yours.
Liability
The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Brand254 is not liable for decisions made solely on marketing copy, demonstration data or AI draft summaries. Product outputs are decision support.
